Part of a multi-business team, my role is to evaluate the technical performance of all molding tools and molding processes.

The products concerned are medical devices, manufactured by start-ups or international companies.
Driving material tests to find alternatives and characterize medical devices or components
Design for manufacturing : technical expertise to enable the design of innovative plastic products for injection molding. In partnership with innovation services for concept validation
Technical audits of production and maintenance workshops, development and implementation of preventive maintenance plans.
Writing of contracts for equipment supply
Analysis and search for defects or failures : Realization of Design of Experiments (DOE) to to find the causes of quality or performance deviations.
